apple pie energy bars

1 cup dates

1/4 cup cashews

1/2 cup almonds

3/4 cup soft dried apples

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup raisins

3/4 tsp cinnamon

 

first blend the dates until they chopped, then add all the other ingredients. Blend. There should be little chunks of nuts remaining. Press them into balls. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze them. You can store them in the fridge up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 3 months
