breakfast cookies

1 cup oats

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup gojiberries

1/4 cup almonds

2 mashed bananas

1/2 tsp cinnamon

cacao nibs for toppings

 

mix everything together and place 2 tbsp batter on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cacao nibs and bake for 10 min at 350°F (176°C). You can store them in the fridge up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 3 months
