ocean power smoothie

1 cup oat milk

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 banana

1/2 peach

1 celery 

3 tbsp pea protein powder

2 tbsp shredded tiger nuts

1 tbsp shredded flax seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp spirulina + chlorella alge powder

1 tbsp soy flakes

 

add the ingredients into a blender and mix for a few minutes on medium speed until smooth.
