4 medium eggs

1/3 cup almond butter

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt, ginger, nutmeg and allspice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp vanilla bean

1/3 chopped pecans
