sweet zucchini oats

1/3 cup oats

1 tbsp flax seeds

1/2 half chopped banana

1/4 cup shredded zucchini

1c water

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cardamom

 

let the oats and water soak in for a half hour, add banana + zucchini to it and cook on low temperature for 10 min. before its about to get thicker, add the spices to it. top with your favorite toppings like coconut flakes, blueberries or nuts
